This meal, like the others, abides by seasonality and the quality of products offered:
- Baguettes from our dear baker, selected hot drinks, fresh ripe fruit, wonderful local charcuterie, yoghurts and farm-produced cheeses,
- We prepare the Viennese and rissole pastries, the traditional "fouace", cakes and tarts, but also the "fricandeau" pâtés, cheese soups, tripe from time to time and kid goat with sorrel in spring,
- We also serve healthy juice and even a glass of wine to go with our local dishes.

To finish, Guillaume is keen to greet his guests and can put them on the right road, tell them what sights to see, restaurants to try out and people to meet.

On a broader scale, throughout Rouergue and in South Aveyron particularly, you can find "statues-menhirs": there are some waiting for you at Musée Fenaille de Rodez. A mystical and mysterious testimony.
From old to new: Soulages
Lastly, a place has recently been created that lies between two strong identities in the département: the village of Conques and an artist, Pierre Soulages.
After creating the stained glass windows for Conques Abbey in the late 1980s, Pierre Soulages was offered a museum devoted to him.
That came about in 2014. In addition to the area that is home to paintings by the master of black, the place becomes a huge space hosting culture and leisure pursuits, combining a carefully landscaped setting with a set of cultural facilities and highlighting the fine symbolic cathedral of Rodez.
For art lovers, another cultural Mecca is the Gallery du Don du Fel in the north of the département.
Stemming to begin with from a pottery workshop created by Nigel and the talent of Suzy Atkins, today it is the international reflection of a still too elitist milieu. A must-see!
