Le Belvédère

Le Belvédère

It could have been any place, but it was Le Belvédère!

First of all because it’s a place with a soul, run before us by the parents of friend Philippe, known as “Miols”, who would later become the maestro of the very excellent bakery on the ground floor of the same building.

Next, because it’s a building steeped in history where the Causse Comtal limestone that it's made of speaks of a hotel business lasting more than a century !

It is also an impressive natural site

It commands respect, unfolding before our eyes from the bedrooms, the dining room, the breakfast room, giving us its unspoilt treasures (flowers, herbs and picking throughout the seasons), revealing itself at random while out for a hike or a stroll, or going fishing, here and yet in the wild, with no sign of urban life !
